My Volunteer Experience Expanded
• Stock and clean corridor medicine carts.
• Answer patient room calls to front desk.
• Retrieve stock items from OmniCell inventory system.
• Accompany and/or visit patient as companion, PRN.
• Clear corridors of gurneys, furniture, etc.
• Clean ward equipment, surfaces.
• Run errands to other hospital departments.
• Retreive and return items to Central Supply.
• Replace batteries in patient’s telemetry machines.
• Restock laundry, gowns.
• Empty laundry hampers.
• Assist in all areas of ward PRN.
